Customer Service Representative

Located in our Vancouver, B.C office and reporting to the Director of Sales-Western Canada; the Customer Service Representative will be involved with processing of customer orders on Sugar and Maple products to customers in Western Canada, Mexico, and U.S.A.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive orders from customers via fax, mail or portals;
- Review content of customer orders for price alignment specific to their account;
- Confirm ordered volumes are in most efficient configurations and sizes;
- Enters orders in a Navision system;
- Administration of pricing/invoicing and any associated discrepancies;
- Manage various customer sales reports;
- Manage sku/contract administration;
- Ensure customer files are maintained up to date;

Knowledge Experience
- College diploma in administration or equivalent;
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)

- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, team player
