Stevia-Sweet Pancakes

Finally, delicious pancakes without the sugar! Enjoy these breakfast treats sweetened with Stevia. Add blueberries or your favourite fruit to make them even more tasty.

  • 1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 50 packets Lantic Rogers Stevia
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Milk


  1. Whisk dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  2. Pour olive oil into measuring cup. Add milk
  3. Blend into mixing bowl while stirring. Add eggs and beat until batter is smooth
  4. Pour half a cup batter onto center of heated frying pan. Tilt to allow batter to flow across the whole pan
  5. Cook for 2 minutes, or until edge of pancake gets brown
  6. Flip over with a spatula. Cook bottom for 15 seconds
  7. Remove to serving plate and repeat for the rest of the batter
