Ingredients
- 125ml (1/2 cup) of canola oil
- 30ml (2 tbsp) of soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 5ml (1 teaspoon) of salt
- 60ml (1/4 cup) of orange juce
- 5ml (1 teaspoon) of ground black pepper
- 30ml (2 tbsp) of Rogers Demerara Sugar
- 6 to 8 salmon steaks of one large filet
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients. Marinate the salmon for at least 2 hours before baking or grilling it. Place the fish on a piece of foil and bake it as usual, either in the oven or on the BBQ grill.
