BBQ Salmon marinade

  • 125ml (1/2 cup) of canola oil
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) of soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 5ml (1 teaspoon) of salt
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) of orange juce
  • 5ml (1 teaspoon) of ground black pepper
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) of Rogers Demerara Sugar
  • 6 to 8 salmon steaks of one large filet


  1. Combine all the ingredients. Marinate the salmon for at least 2 hours before baking or grilling it. Place the fish on a piece of foil and bake it as usual, either in the oven or on the BBQ grill.
